Our shop is a Yakitori specialty shop which serves popular dish in Japan.
“Yakitori” refers to several bit-sized pieces of chicken meat and giblets, charcoal-grilled on a bamboo skewer.
It is considered “3 years for skewer and a year for grill” among Japanese Yakitori cooker, and technique for grill is much important than technique for threading chicken onto skewers uniformly. And also our shop owner is highly skilled in grill.
Of course we have a meticulous attention to detail such as chicken, charcoal, and all of materials what we use.
Our shop is built with a relaxing Japanese style and you can feel Japanese sentiment and taste.
